Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Portuguese and Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the coffee and kitchen appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and technical support to clients in Portuguese and Spanish
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets
Requirements:
  • Spoken and written communication in Portuguese and Spanish
  • Advanced level of English desirable
  • Listening and understanding capacity

Desirable Experience:
  • Digital and e-commerce user experience

Benefits:
