B2B Telemarketing Representative for European HR Solutions

Protime, a successful European provider of HR software solutions and related services for workforce management, time & attendance, access, and planning, is looking for a skilled Inside Sales Telemarketer to join its Spanish team in Barcelona. As an integral part of the sales team, you will support your colleagues in offering innovative HR solutions to clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Approach potential customers by phone and follow up on leads
- Translate customer needs into Sales Qualified Leads and schedule appointments with Account Managers
- Work closely with Account Managers to develop campaigns and strategies
- Ensure smooth transfer of files to colleagues using Salesforce
Requirements:
- Experience with B2B telemarketing (outbound) and solution selling
- Fluent Dutch speaking and writing skills
- Good level of English
- Self-reliant, professional, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
