About the Role
As an Inside Sales Telemarketer, you will be part of our Spanish team in Barcelona, working closely with colleagues in our office in Rotterdam. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales and marketing team in the Netherlands by offering our HR software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Approach potential customers by phone to discuss our solutions
• Schedule appointments for colleagues from the sales team
• Scan the market for the latest developments within our target market
• Work closely with Account Managers to develop campaigns and strategies
Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written
• Good level of English
• Experience with B2B telemarketing and solution selling
• Strong communication skills
• Self-reliant, professional, and able to work independently
