Drive scaled growth for Amazon's Retail business in Europe (EU) through cultivating vendor partnerships and onboarding the most desired brands by EU customers.

This role can be based in various locations across Europe, including London, Milan, Paris, Madrid, and Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and scale the most customer-relevant brands across the EU within the first 12-18 months on Amazon Retail.
  • Prospect, assess, reach out to, and launch new vendors on Amazon, analyzing their potential for Amazon.
  • Leverage cold-calling skills, commercial events, and trade fairs to establish partnerships with new vendors, explaining the advantages and benefits of partnering with Amazon.
  • Provide business consulting services to new vendors, offering insights and advice tailored to their unique business profiles.
  • Help new vendors integrate their catalog data into the Amazon platform, master Amazon's internal tools, and train them on using these tools effectively.
  • Negotiate annual terms with vendors to ensure long-term sustainable growth on Amazon.
  • Analyze performance metrics to understand the success of new vendors and develop strategies to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive results on projects and identify areas for technical improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in retail or business management/consulting with a proven track record of negotiations and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business and financial KPIs.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Able to work effectively with individuals at all decision-making levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience working with large datasets and generating insights using Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales cycle activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of EU languages is an added advantage.
  • SQL skills are an added benefit.
