Join Games Workshop as a Sales Representative to drive business growth and succeed as a proactive salesperson
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop, establishing and cultivating strong relationships swiftly by telephone, and identifying client needs and effectively closing B2B sales opportunities.
About You:
We are looking for a confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation. You should be able to thrive on surpassing targets and embrace challenges. Resilience in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination, is essential. You should be naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission). Additionally, we provide generous benefits, including 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year), company pension scheme (4% of salary), profit share bonus, and share save scheme. You will also receive 25% to 50% discount on our products and relocation support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need proficiency in German and English. A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is also required. Relocation to our Barcelona office is necessary for this full-time position.
