Digital Marketing Strategist

Welcome to WorkMotion, a SaaS organization driving growth through our Marketing Department. We are a passionate and results-driven team of marketing professionals dedicated to maximizing our digital presence and brand positioning across different markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our content marketing and social media channels to drive organic reach and grow our brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main driver behind our organic traffic generation and create engagement between potential prospects and our brand
- Oversee the management and growth of WorkMotion's social media channels by developing and implementing creative and highly engaging social media content
- Support WorkMotion thought leaders with new ideas to grow their reach and audience (and position WorkMotion as a thought leader in the SaaS and HR tech space)
- Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly
- Utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach of content
- Come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies
- Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic
- Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Ability to produce your own content (particularly in German) and to work effectively with our English speaking content manager
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas
- Experience on what's driving engagement in a B2B audience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
