Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a talented Digital Growth Manager to join our team at ZIA, a leading consulting company in the dental industry. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, social media management, digital marketing campaigns, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and connect with new clients and candidates to drive business growth.
  2. Social Media Magic: Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage our online communities.
  3. Digital Marketing: Design and implement creative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  4. Content Wizardry: Create high-quality marketing materials, including speaker packets, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
  5. Project Pro: Utilize ClickUp to manage projects and ensure seamless execution.
  6. Multimedia Mastery: Edit video and audio content to enhance our brand's visual identity (preferred).
  7. Analytics Geekery: Analyze data to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Sales and business development experience; bonus points if you've excelled in marketing too.
  2. Proven social media savviness on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (meme fluency a plus).
  3. Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  5. Video/audio editing skills? Even better.
  6. Bonus: Familiarity with the dental world, but not required.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience, as well as a flexible, remote work setup and opportunities for professional growth and development.
