Social Media and Event Marketing Specialist

This innovative approach lowers the entry threshold for investors and enhances transparency, security, and efficiency by utilizing smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.
With a strong presence in Romania and Spain, MetaWealth is expanding to four new markets, providing opportunities to work with content surrounding stunning real estate globally. Following 15 months of being live in-market, we have acquired over 1,000 unique customers from 23 countries, who have acquired over $19M USD of real estate within the MetaWealth platform.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media and Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media and event marketing strategy to promote MetaWealth's brand and drive engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with MetaWealth's brand and marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience, including static image posts, video shorts, audio posts, and longer video posts.
- Manage and optimize MetaWealth's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Source and support MetaWealth-led and external events within multiple industries, including real estate, fintech, finance, banking, and Web3.
- Develop and implement a content calendar for events, including creating engaging content, promoting events, and reporting on event performance.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director of Investor Relations to develop and implement social media campaigns that support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
- Develop and present regular performance reports to the Managing Director of Investor Relations and other stakeholders.
- 3+ years of recent experience in event marketing, content marketing, social media content creation, and social media management.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and developing effective social media content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content formats.
- Knowledge of image and video editing tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail are necessary to effectively manage our social channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets for data analysis and data visualization tools, such as Google DataStudio.
