Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media and Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media and event marketing strategy to promote MetaWealth's brand and drive engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with MetaWealth's brand and marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience, including static image posts, video shorts, audio posts, and longer video posts.
- Manage and optimize MetaWealth's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Source and support MetaWealth-led and external events within the real estate, fintech, finance, banking, and Web3 industries.
- Develop and implement a content calendar for events, including creating engaging content, promoting events, and reporting on event performance.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director of Investor Relations to develop and implement social media campaigns that support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Marketing Manager, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, event marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and creating engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content formats.
- Knowledge of image and video editing tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing social media channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather data and use KPIs for reporting content performance.
