Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote HR and payroll solutions.
- Campaign Planning and Analysis: Assist in planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.
- Content Creation: Work closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across diverse platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Brand Voice: Assist in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to showcase our expertise and build relationships with customers and partners.
- Marketing Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment for marketing activities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Skills: Versatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
