Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Vodafone Group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and performance of digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Assess marketing automation workflows and campaigns, improve processes working in collaboration with Vodafone Business and VOIS.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website, campaigns, and social media performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
