Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Vodafone. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Automation: Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention, and assess marketing automation workflows and campaigns to improve processes.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, in alignment with Field marketers and regions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on website, campaigns, and social media performance metrics and KPIs, and use data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and overall digital strategy.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic, and manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and with key partners.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
