Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Vodafone IoT. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website, campaigns, and social media performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Use data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and overall digital strategy.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
