Job Title: Customer Service Representative - After Sales Spain

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our after sales support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues related to quality and after sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend to customer inquiries and complaints related to after sales services
* Resolve issues promptly and efficiently
* Improve service quality and processes
* Exchange products in warranty when applicable
* Perform administrative tasks
* Follow up on repairs in the centralized workshop

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a post-sales or commercial department
* Commercial sensitivity and ability to work as a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of a ticketing tool is a plus
* Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
* Residence in the Barcelona area
