Position Overview

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Emirates clientele, providing comprehensive information on fares, and facilitating ticket issuance while identifying customer needs through effective relationship building. The aim is to actively promote Emirates products and services, ensuring quality standards are upheld in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Emirates tickets to customers, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and fulfilling customer requests to deliver outstanding service.
  • Inform customers about essential travel requirements, including passport, visa, and health regulations, as well as check-in details.
  • Enhance Emirates' revenue by presenting customers with options for various products and services, including Skywards membership, hotel bookings, and upgraded fare options.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve service quality, thereby boosting revenue and reinforcing Emirates' position as a leading airline.
  • Stay updated on Emirates Group news and developments to maintain professional standards.
  • Assist travel agents with their inquiries and provide support for back-office operations.
  • Handle refund requests, manage queues, and assist with special cases such as unaccompanied minors and young passengers.
  • Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader in closing daily sales and managing financial transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of two years' experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and understand reservations, ticketing processes, and fare construction logic.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in using PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations and airline industry practices is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
