Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 300 clients trading online through our EBO platform
- Provide daily operational and trading assistance to clients
- Act as an ambassador for our product and service
- Resolve client issues as they arise
- Manage workload around tight time constraints
Requirements:
- Spanish Fluency and English at a professional level
- Sales skills/experience is a plus
- Knowledge of FX and Ebury's products
- Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and challenging environment
