Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Custumer Success Director to join our team As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal of our customers. Your primary goal will be to drive faster time to value and improve the overall experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve this objective.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the complete customer lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal
* Strive to continually drive faster time to value and improve the overall experience for our customers
* Understand customer objectives and translate them into tangible outcomes
* Ensure customers become ambassadors of our Platform (testimonials, references, etc)
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and close them

Requirements
You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record as a Customer Success Manager. To contribute to this role, you should have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Success Management
* Experience from a Tech or SaaS company
* Fluency in German and English (Spanish and Italian are a plus)

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
