Job Summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our cloud sales development team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of telesales business development representatives and driving revenue growth through lead qualification and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales development representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align on sales goals and strategies
  • Provide coaching and training to sales development representatives to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize sales performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development management, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance
  • Experience with sales technology and tools, including CRM systems
