Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our demand generation team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in contacting and qualifying business accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SDRs in executing inbound marketing source leads (MQLs) and outbound targeted campaign execution to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and improve the customer experience within Oracle by establishing and aligning with cross-functional senior management relationships.
- Identify, recruit, and develop world-class SDRs, providing an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle.
- Invest in SDRs and Team Leaders, enabling them to grow professionally.
- Build strong business relationships with stakeholders to deliver company goals, vision, and strategy.
- Set individual targets for team members, conduct regular coaching & performance appraisals, and manage performance issues.
- Own the headcount budget process for the region, plan resources to maximize lead qualification, and ensure career progression of team members.
- Report regularly to country owners on SDR performance, providing statistics on lead quality and realized/forecast revenue.
- Drive the use of various channels, such as social media, internet, web-based tools, and outbound calling, ensuring compliance with Oracle tools usage and processes.
- Implement programmatic marketing plans, allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven team builder and motivator with experience in successful people management within a sales relationship management environment.
- Excellent coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of telebusiness operations and ability to analyze the industry and market.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and business planning experience.
- Proven ability to align other departments to deliver revenue and sales growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential, and a second language is favorable.
