Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our DACH team. As a Sales Development Representative at Aexus, you will work closely with the top management of 3 to 4 SaaS high-growth scale-ups in their business development projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Acquire strategic business opportunities for our innovative technology partners
  • Market research and lead generation
  • Prospect research and lead qualification
  • Sales pitch formulation and go-to-market planning
  • Strategic cold/warm calling and pipeline management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, and/or 2 years of applicable experience
  • Familiarity and/or interest in the DACH tech sector
  • Native-like level of German and English, spoken and written
  • Analytical, resourceful, and persistent in your work
  • Basic understanding or affinity for innovative technologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and enjoy multitasking
  • Creative thinker, always on the lookout for new sales opportunities

Our Recruitment Process

We have a 3-step recruitment process: Screening call with Recruiter, First interview with Hiring Manager -> Sales Manager Benelux, and Final interview with the Management Team.
