Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue Licensing Opportunities: Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify and pursue licensing opportunities with leading global organizations and institutions to enhance Fever's market presence globally.
  • Support Commercial Discussions: Assist our General Managers and senior team in their commercial discussions and efforts to expand Fever's portfolio of IPs in the world.
  • Develop and Manage Licensing Partnerships: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape.
  • Negotiate Licensing Agreements: Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of licensing projects, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Licensing Deal Management: Manage and nurture existing licensing deals, ensuring partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion.
  • Licensing Business Development Plans: Develop and implement licensing business development plans to achieve growth and engagement targets.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and potential partners.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to licensing activities, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar fields, with high achievement results.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms.
  • Skills: Natural commercial abilities with affinity for proactive outreach, sales strategy, and negotiation. Experience with presentations, storytelling, and top-down communication. Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
