Job Title: Licensing Manager for Global Brands

JCI Talent Search is seeking a highly skilled Licensing Manager to join our team. As a Licensing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the licensing activities of our company, ensuring that all licensed products are in line with the brand's image and meet consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear and commercially sustainable global licensing strategy, in line with the brand's image and consumer demand.
  • Identify potential licensing partners and negotiate and secure licensing deals that align with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer demand to ensure that the company's licensing and merchandising strategies remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing and merchandising, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in the sports sector is highly valued.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of licensing and merchandising strategies and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
