As the industry leader, we offer monitored surveillance services to clients primarily in construction and civil engineering, leveraging our ruggedized monitoring towers, proprietary software, and end-to-end operations to safeguard assets remotely.
With a strong presence in key European markets and backed by a purpose-driven investor, we are now expanding into Spain. We seek an experienced Key Account Manager Construction to collaborate with our Managing Director Spain and drive commercial growth while achieving targets and objectives in the construction sector.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned professional to contribute to our commercial plan by identifying partnership opportunities in the construction sector, building and maintaining relationships with relevant construction companies, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be directly responsible for driving sales growth through acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and advising on market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain partnerships with key construction companies to increase sales revenue
- Support marketing activities, including company presentations and trade fairs, to promote Bauwatch's services
- Attend to customer queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze commercial opportunities and make recommendations to improve marketing performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-growing team
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals
- Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
