Backed by a prominent purpose-driven investor, we are expanding our presence in Spain, building on existing teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and the UK.

As a Construction Account Growth Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director of Spain to drive commercial growth, taking ownership of achieving targets and growth objectives in the construction market. Your ultimate goal will be to manage your accounts effectively, ensuring that you meet or exceed the expectations of our business targets and contribute to our company's long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector Establish and maintain relationships with relevant construction companies Build and nurture networks within the industry Collaborate with the marketing team and support marketing activities Present company information at trade fairs Work closely with other members of the sales team Respond promptly to customer inquiries Maintain a customer-focused attitude Directly responsible for driving sales growth through acquiring new customers, building sales partnerships, and nurturing relationships Assist in the performance of marketing activities, such as telephone campaigns, company presentations, and trade fair attendance Develop and nurture new and existing customers, as well as form partnerships by building and maintaining personal relationship networks Ensure lasting bonds between customers and BauWatch by responding to partners' and customers' needs Provide strategic guidance to key account managers, product management, and group management on market opportunities and threats Suggest adjustments to the commercial strategy based on individual experiences and collected data Support the sales team in acquiring new customers by following up on marketing leads To excel in this role, you will require previous experience in managing key accounts and taking responsibility for achieving growth targets. You should possess strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers in your market, be highly goal-oriented, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess solid B2B sales experience, including prospecting and managing high-level relationships.

Education and Experience: Secondary vocational education Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building partnerships and/or managing partnerships; ideally in a growth environment Business development in B2B Willingness to travel around Spain, including overnight stays (expenses covered) Experience or interest in visiting construction sites Previous experience of work or relationships in the construction industry Ideally TPC certification
Technology Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office programs Preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce Preferably experience with ERP systems, such as SAP
Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker Advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication Full, valid driving license.
