We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Sales and Operations to lead our sales team in Denmark. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to drive business growth and develop commercial strategies.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of 120,000 - 180,000 DKK per year, depending on experience.
Salary Breakdown: The estimated monthly salary would be around 10,000 - 15,000 DKK, based on a 12-month year.
