About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sr Prospecting Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement prospecting programs to drive customer engagement and conversion in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and business development strategies
  • Measure and analyze program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing program execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and business development teams
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages an advantage
