About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prospecting Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) team, you will be responsible for developing and managing prospecting programs that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute prospecting programs that align with sales, marketing, and business development strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and coordination
  • Define program goals, assign responsibilities, and identify necessary resources
  • Oversee and coordinate supporting teams to deliver field communications, executive communications, enablement, and best practice sharing
  • Drive localization of program materials, templates, communication, and other assets
  • Build reporting and track progress, defining key performance indicators and success metrics

Requirements
  • Experience in strategy building in leading marketing programs, customer acquisition programs, or related topics
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in other European languages
  • MBA preferred
