Job Description

Chubb International is seeking a highly skilled Operational Systems Analyst - EMEA to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Consumer Operations team, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of migrating the core consumer CRM system for our consumer line.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regional Lead for CRM Migration: Act as the regional lead from operations to drive the migration within EMEA (18 countries on the system).
  2. Consumer Operations Management: Consumer Operations is responsible for running billing, keeping CRM systems up to date, making sure new customers and sponsor/partners are onboarded.
  3. Program Management: Partner with key members of the program team, technical delivery partners, and the business to meticulously plan the business and technical migration activities.
  4. Migration Planning: Build the detailed migration checklist in conjunction with the operational stakeholders and IT team to ensure there are the right quality gateways and decision-making points mapped in the integrated plan.
  5. Thought Leadership: Providing ongoing thought leadership and continually challenging operational processes and systems to ensure these are customer-focused and efficient with the underlying principle of 'once-and-done'.
  6. Operational Governance: Implement and provide regional governance for operational migration guidelines where appropriate.
  7. Policies and Procedures: Initiate and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures.
  8. Test Planning: Work alongside operational teams to develop test plans.
  9. UAT Testing: Partner with the operations team to complete UAT testing.
  10. Bug Tracking: Track and report any bugs and issues. Assess the impact on the actual migration.
  11. Rollback Planning: Closely work with the IT team to develop detailed rollback scenarios and plans in case of serious failures during the migration.
  12. Go-Live Support: Ensure that go-live support arrangements are planned and coordinated leading and support the transition into hypercare.
  13. Training and Support: Work with local operations teams to ensure any training on the target system is delivered.
