Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operational Systems Analyst to lead the migration of our core consumer CRM system for our consumer line. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the migration within EMEA, partnering with key stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migration Leadership: Act as the regional lead from operations to drive the migration within EMEA, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with key members of the program team, technical delivery partners, and the business to meticulously plan the business and technical migration activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Build the detailed migration checklist in conjunction with the operational stakeholders and IT team to ensure there are the right quality gateways and decision-making points mapped in the integrated plan.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Provide ongoing thought leadership and continually challenge operational processes and systems to ensure they are customer-focused and efficient.
  • Migration Execution: Work alongside operational teams to develop test plans, partner with operations teams to complete UAT testing, and track and report any bugs and issues.
  • Roll Back Scenarios: Closely work with the IT team to develop detailed roll back scenarios and plans in case of serious failure during the migration.
  • Go Live: Ensure that go-live support arrangements are planned and coordinated, and lead the transition into hypercare.
  • Training: Work with local operations teams to ensure any training on the target system is delivered.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Level English: Proficiency in English (C1/C2) is required.
  • Empathy and Passion: Empathy and passion for getting high-quality results are essential.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of working with senior stakeholders in a regional role is required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complexities and communicate issues/opportunities to all levels of management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate across countries and functions to achieve outcomes/results.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and ability to network across stakeholders to get things done.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving mindset and project skillset are required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience in the use of MS Excel and a strong understanding of core operational technologies.
