The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the migration of the core consumer CRM system for our consumer line. This involves working closely with an IT Migration Business Analyst to develop a detailed migration plan, building relationships with operational and business leaders across EMEA, and collaborating with the system development team based in the US.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the regional lead from operations to drive the migration within EMEA (18 countries on the system)
- Partnering with key members of the program team, technical delivery partners, and the business to meticulously plan the business and technical migration activities
- Building the detailed migration checklist in conjunction with operational stakeholders and the IT team to ensure there are the right quality gateways and decision-making points mapped in the integrated plan
