We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your Role at BizAway

">

As a Business Development Manager, you will have a player-coach role, leading a small team of Sales Executives and closing contracts yourself. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • ">
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.">
  • Presentation of our solution to various audiences (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).">
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline.">
  • Contribute to the personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and training during Sales calls.">
  • Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your (and your team's) deal pipeline.">
  • Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality.">
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.">

Your Qualifications

">

You have an excellent level of Dutch and English, both written and spoken at a native level. You have at least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company. We are looking for someone with a "No excuses" attitude, who knows that success depends on themselves and no one else.
