Transformative Leadership Opportunity

At Takeda, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, and Hereditary Angioedema & Transplant business unit. As the Head of Business Unit, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy, ensuring successful execution of brand and key account plans, and driving performance with innovative sales and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing patient outcomes and upholding compliance with laws, regulations, and company strategies.
  • Drive business success as a key member of the Iberia Leadership Team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Develop and manage the P&L for the BU, implementing patient programs and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
