As the Head of Business Unit Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, Hereditary Angioedema & Transplant, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's direction and driving innovation in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Hematology and Transplant business unit.
- Lead a high-performing team of commercial professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the P&L for the business unit and ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and scientific societies to drive business growth and patient outcomes.
- University degree qualification.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- At least 10 years of resources leading and management experience in equivalent roles.
- Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and able to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage a P&L.
