Senior Business Unit Head Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, Hereditary Angioedema

Takeda is seeking a visionary leader to drive the future direction of our Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, and Hereditary Angioedema business unit. As the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy, ensuring successful execution of brand and key account plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative commercial programs and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor budget, resource allocation, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Represent the business unit in regional and global meetings, sharing best practices and customer insights.
- University degree qualification.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles.
- Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and able to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions.
- Business acumen and ability to manage a P&L.
