Head of Hematology and Plasma-Derived Therapies

As the Head of Business Unit Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, and Hereditary Angioedema & Transplant, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for our team. Your mission is to ensure the successful execution of brand and key account plans, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative sales and digital marketing solutions
- Take ownership of the P&L for the Business Unit and implement patient programs
- Foster a customer-centric mindset and uphold compliance with laws, regulations, and company strategies
- University degree qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- At least 10 years of experience in resources leading and management in equivalent roles
- Successful launch experience in Hematology, Transplant, or Specialty market
