Takeda is seeking a visionary leader to head our Hematology and Transplant Business Unit. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative commercial programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, KOLs, and scientific societies
- Monitor budget, resource allocation, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- University degree qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles
- Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and able to translate their needs into impactful tactics and solutions
- Business acumen and ability to manage a P&L
