Takeda is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Hematology and Transplant Business Unit as Head of Business Unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations
- Manage P&L for the BU, implement patient programs, and foster a customer-centric mindset
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop strategies for the Hematology and Transplant BU
- Represent the BU in regional and global meetings
- University degree qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles
- Successful launch experience in Hematology, Transplant or Specialty market and scientific background is preferred
