About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team in Spain. As the primary point of contact for our employees and managers, you will provide exceptional customer service support, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triages and provides high-touch customer service support to employees and managers
  • Works closely with other HR colleagues to research and solve issues
  • Maintains full knowledge of company HR policies and programs
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires, internal transfers, and other hiring processes

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with prior experience working in a corporate business environment in HR. You should have a good command of English and Spanish in a professional environment and be proficient in Microsoft applications.

Key Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in HR, preferably in a service center
  • Good command of English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of Spanish payroll is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
