Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company rules and regulations
- Key interface with unions, work councils, local administration, and legal authorities
- Build and maintain a healthy labor relations environment
- Drive negotiations with unions for all necessary labor topics
- Assess and drive labor matters in mergers and acquisitions
- Represent the company in labor legal procedures and claims
- Assess all other HR areas and align with line managers on any labor matters
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish Labor Law
- At least 7 years' experience in Labor Relations area in the HR department in a company or consultancy firm
- Experience in the HR functional area is valuable
- Substantial business acumen
- Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
- Strong project management skills and budget control in Labor Relations matters
- Analytical skills
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Strong ability to drive influence in a matrixed organization
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
