About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company rules and regulations
  • Key interface with unions, work councils, local administration, and legal authorities
  • Build and maintain a healthy labor relations environment
  • Drive negotiations with unions for all necessary labor topics
  • Assess and drive labor matters in mergers and acquisitions
  • Represent the company in labor legal procedures and claims
  • Assess all other HR areas and align with line managers on any labor matters

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish Labor Law
  • At least 7 years' experience in Labor Relations area in the HR department in a company or consultancy firm
  • Experience in the HR functional area is valuable
  • Substantial business acumen
  • Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
  • Strong project management skills and budget control in Labor Relations matters
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Strong ability to drive influence in a matrixed organization
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
