About us Byd Europe, a global organization, is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to oversee internal governance processes and legal requirements. This role will contribute to the overall HR operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the contact for labor matters and stay updated on labor reforms.
- Prepare documents and agreements, including work calendars, policies, and contracts.
- Support business leaders on employment-related cases, such as collective bargaining and disciplinary actions.
- Define and implement compensation and benefits policy.
- Oversee payroll process and review health and safety processes.
- Manage data tools and track data to support decision-making.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Employee Relations experience.
- Degree or Masters in Labour Relations, Legal, or similar.
- Knowledge of Spanish Employment Legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and liaise with all levels of management.
