Sales Manager Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Doctoralia España, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in the clinics healthcare market. Your mission will be to develop and execute a robust sales strategy, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevating the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's objectives to deliver the expected results.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, creating a robust team capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team.
Monitor team activity levels to ensure a healthy pipeline and a steady flow of sales opportunities, employing routines and goal-setting to maintain momentum.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
Proven experience in successfully scaling a sales team in numbers and performance.
Competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives.
