About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our direct sales team and drive performance to meet sales targets. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing the market within the region by leading a direct sales team and driving performance to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training sales representatives
- Organizing outbound campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline
- Managing team performance
- Developing the myPOS market in the region and managing a direct sales team
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of previous working experience in leading sales teams and processes
- At least 5 years of previous professional experience in direct sales and B2B sales
- Very good level of English language – both verbal and written
- Consistency and negotiation skills
- Very strong commercial, communicative, and relational skills
- Result-oriented mindset – ability to focus on meeting targets and providing the best experience for customers
