About the Role:

Tebubio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Spain, specifically in Catalonia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business in the region by engaging with researchers, laboratory managers, life sciences academia, and procurement managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business in assigned existing accounts by serving as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right solutions for customers and enhance processes to prevent additional issues.
  • Strengthen client relationships to establish long-term partnerships, develop contracts, and explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Acquire new business by defining a strategy, initiating contacts with relevant stakeholders, and driving the sales process.
  • Contribute to identifying industry trends through customer feedback and collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, health sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences research and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
