About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Amazon. As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, which are the backbone of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal service level agreements.
  • Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts.
  • Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in data center power and cooling events.
  • Work a shift schedule, including night shifts on a rotational basis.
  • Perform physical tasks, such as lifting and racking equipment, using our lifting equipment.
