Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads and opportunities through strategic prospecting and digital selling methodologies
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in alignment with the sales team and partners
  • Drive proactive outbound activities to engage with C-Level executives and decision-makers
  • Meet ambitious sales and demand generation targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital prospecting and sales tools and methodologies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or sales in a software sales organization
  • Proven track record of success in the Italian market
  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, or Digital Transformation
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results
