**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth across our target markets. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, and closing deals. With a consultative approach to value-based selling, you will leverage our award-winning products and broader portfolio to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities:*** Sales Execution: Develop and sharpen your sales skills to meet and exceed quarterly targets. Prepare and execute Go-To-Market Strategies for assigned industries and territories. Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting. Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts and create joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles. Achieve 4x pipeline coverage through continued demand generation activities. Qualify leads, build business cases, and close deals within agreed timelines. Utilize resources within a matrix organization to ensure successful delivery. Manage complete account hygiene, sales cadence, administration, and forecasting. Work closely with Sales Leadership and Global Teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration.
* **Account Planning:** Develop and maintain Territory Plans, Account Plans, and deal action cards. Conduct mutual evaluation processes, RFI/RFP processes, and power mapping for named accounts. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and adjust plans accordingly.
* **Industry Expertise:** Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise software sales and industry trends. Leverage this expertise to identify and qualify new opportunities. Stay up-to-date with market developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Use industry knowledge to develop compelling pitches and differentiate our offerings from competitors.

**Requirements:*** Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in an enterprise software sales environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is mandatory). Familiarity with CRM systems and data hygiene practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrix-rich organization. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results-driven outcomes. Experience with joint sales plays and partner collaborations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate changing circumstances. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and competitor activity. Adaptable and flexible with a strong sense of urgency and motivation.

**Compensation Package:** We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on individual performance.
