About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team in Chiasso. As a key member of our international and cross-functional team, you will be responsible for executing CRM and social marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implementing creative, cost-efficient campaigns to retain more customers and increase the unitary margin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute CRM and social marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to increase customer loyalty and unitary margin
  • Work closely with the Traffic Acquisition team to distribute multi-channel campaigns and achieve corresponding KPIs
  • Plan and deliver email campaigns across all product categories and segments to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Implement our user-centric CRM and Content Strategy, ensuring brand consistency and meaningful measurement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a natural passion for communication, user engagement, and content creation, as well as a high level of creativity and awareness of the power of communication to create engagement, drive results, and inspire people's behaviors.

You will be responsible for working closely with specialists responsible for our Traffic Acquisition to distribute multi-channel campaigns and reach correspondent KPIs, always bearing in mind that our common goal is to entertain, inspire, inform, and assist our users.
