About the Role

Lastminute Group is seeking a highly skilled CRM and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team based in Chiasso. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing CRM and Social Media marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement CRM Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to leverage all available customer bases, driving customer retention and loyalty.
  2. Content Creation and Publication: Develop unique content for CRM and Social Media channels, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the company's content strategy and marketing goals.
  3. Channel Optimization and Analytics: Optimize CRM and Social Media channels to maximize customer engagement and retention, tracking performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  4. Project Management and Collaboration: Provide requirements and specifications for CRM and content-related projects, collaborating with stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for the Technical and Project Management team.
  5. Performance Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the performance of CRM and content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
