About the RoleThis position involves prospecting high-quality leads for our internal sales teams, conducting thorough evaluations of companies to assess their potential, and ensuring that prospects are eligible for acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for industry news and trends, allowing them to identify timely opportunities for prospecting. Additionally, they will need to understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needs.
Responsibilities- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal sales teams
- Conduct thorough company evaluations using provided guidelines
- Perform eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to identify timely opportunities for prospecting
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needs
- Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target
- Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format
- Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales
- C2 level of German language proficiency
- Advanced level of English language proficiency
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress daily
- Able to think strategically and follow market trends
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment
- High standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Strong time management & prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented
- 38.5 hours per week
