German Lead Prospector and New Business Associate

Our company is a leading provider of contact center services, employing over 300,000 people across the globe. We operate in 80 countries, serving major international clients, and manage customer experience for a wide range of industries.
As a Lead Prospect, you will work closely with our New Business Sales and New Business Associate teams to identify potential customers. You will utilize research skills to find leads from external and internal sources, and evaluate their potential based on a scoring system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting high-quality leads for the New Business Sales team
- Staying up-to-date on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
- Collaborating with sales teams to plan ahead and understand market seasonality
- Evaluating prospective client potential based on sales team expectations
- Delivering a set of potential leads every week to the New Business Associate team
- Cross-functional collaboration with New Business Sales and New Business Associate teams to calibrate on lead quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing obtained within the last 5 years
- Native level of German
- Fluent in English
- Ability to think strategically and follow market trends
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills
- Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Residence in Spain, preferably in Barcelona
